I’m writing about Kate. The Katie before you told her about Beth and Blake. The light in her eyes is back & lit with the sparkle she always had for you.

This isn’t a crush to her you know? She truly believes that you coming back is proof that you never forgot her so her heart is completely open to loving you. I’m begging you to understand all she is capable of giving and leaving behind to be together.

Shh..I know I’m not suppossed to be here, but my girl, Angie picked the song for 100 song and then she talked about writing Longhand letters (which I do a lot). Both prompts were perfect for Charlotte to write to Katie’s love. (and I love Ang, so here I am, that’s ok right? )

I have been if a “Fiction Funk”, lately. I have been in the middle of re-writing a story I’m working on, and I have suspended work on a second serial story that’s currently in progress. That said, as I look around, again, in the larger Internet/blogoshpere, I find there are SO MANY writing prompts out there that there is little or no reason to NOT write new fiction all. the. time.

Time to put the nose to the grindstone, again, I think.

Not clear on this though: “the price she is willing to pay to be with you is the same one you paid 18 years ago” Price = leaving her family and child for her love? That wasn’t the price he paid…he gave up his love to do the right thing, marry the chick who ended up pregnant…
